Terms of Service

1. Service. Nervos provides AI-generated strategic analysis, scenario modeling, and integration planning ("the Service"). Outputs are decision-support projections, not financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. AI-generated content. Agent outputs, Monte Carlo simulations, the Agentic Embedding Protocol plan, and execution traces are generated by AI models and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for validating outputs before acting on them.

3. Integrations. Connecting third-party systems (e.g., NetSuite) is at your discretion and subject to those providers' terms. You authorize Nervos to access only the data scopes you grant, and may revoke access at any time.

4. Acceptable use. Do not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, or attempt to extract other tenants' data.

5. Liability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nervos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of AI-generated outputs.
