Most enterprise AI can tell you what it thinks. Nervos records why it thinks so, how confident it’s entitled to be, and—once reality arrives—whether it was right. Evidence becomes beliefs, beliefs feed simulations, simulations become predictions that get scored, and only human-approved actions ever touch your systems.
The reasoning stack
Each layer owns one job and never overreaches into its neighbour. That discipline is the product: it is what makes a conclusion traceable all the way from raw evidence to the write that executed and the outcome that scored it.
Every signal that enters carries its source and an honesty tag — verified, inferred, simulated, or pending. Approved decisions become memory the next board reasons with, org-scoped and vector-indexed. The longer you run it, the smarter it starts.
A belief is not a guess with a percentage on it. Nervos holds a Bayesian posterior for what the organization believes and how strongly — and confidence can never exceed the weakest evidence it was built from. Abstraction cannot manufacture certainty.
When two credible sources disagree, Nervos does not quietly pick one. It holds both, marks the belief disputed, caps its confidence, and shows the case on each side — so a real conflict surfaces instead of being averaged away.
Thousands of scenarios per board. P10 / P50 / P90 bands replace single-point forecasts that pretend reality is deterministic. Simulations are grounded in beliefs, so knowledge uncertainty propagates into the outcome — and a simulation is arithmetic that cannot be wrong.
The thing no copilot does: Nervos registers a prediction before the outcome is knowable, with the resolution criterion and date fixed in advance. When reality arrives it is scored — and the calibration record shows, with sharpness and capture rate, how good the judgement has actually been.
Nothing writes to a system of record without a human who cannot be the proposer. Idempotent, retried, reversible writes into NetSuite land on an immutable, hash-chained ledger you can re-verify yourself. The decision and the action share one record.
