We are building the record a consequential decision deserves.
Nervos is a Decision Intelligence Operating System for organizations making consequential decisions. It keeps a decision intact from evidence to outcome: what was known, what was assumed, what was chosen, what happened, and what was learned.
We are a small team in the United States. Nervos has no customers yet. We would rather say so than imply otherwise, because the product is about knowing what you know.
What we believe

Five beliefs shape every design decision in the product. Each is built into the code, which is the only place a belief about software counts. Not every one is fully enforced yet; the trust page gives each control’s status.

A decision should not disappear after it is made.
It should stay connected to what informed it, what challenged it, who authorized it, what happened, and what was learned. The record is the product.

Every figure should say what kind of knowledge it is.
Observed, inferred, simulated, or pending. A number without its status is a claim about the reader’s trust, not about the world.

Confidence is earned from evidence, never manufactured by summary.
A derived belief cannot be more certain than the weakest thing it rests on. The ceiling is shown, and only a person can raise it.

Futures are ranges, and predictions must be scored.
A single-point forecast hides its uncertainty. A prediction registered before the outcome, and scored after, is the only kind that teaches anything.

Governance is the substrate, not a feature.
Nothing should reach a system of record without an approval, and the approver must differ from the recorded proposer. Each recorded step is hash-chained: an altered step, or a deleted step with steps after it, breaks the chain. Neither guarantee is complete yet (claims register: AUTHZ-01, SOD-01, HIST-01).
